Frank Havrøy (b.1969) is educated from the National Academy of Music and the National Opera Academy, both situated in Oslo, Norway. He has been working as a freelance singer in Oslo since 1997.

Frank has a very flexible voice, making him capable of singing music of different styles. As a classical concert singer, he has been singing with almost every symphony orchestra in Norway, and he has performed at most of the Norwegian music festivals for classical music. He is also much used in opera productions.

Frank has participated in numerous recordings. In 2005 he released, together with pianist Richard Johnsen, a CD based on own material. In 2006 he participates on the recording of Arne Nordheim's "Draumkvedet".

Frank is often used a seminar teacher for choirs, and he also teaches singing and ensemble at the National Academy of Music.

Since 1997 Frank has been a member of the vocal ensemble Nordic Voices, and with them he has toured the world. With Nordic Voices Frank has especially focused on contemporary music and early music repertoire.

Frank works a composer in Oslo. He has done several compositions and arrangements for choirs, he is much used as a songwriter and he has been writing music for stage productions.
